By accessing or using the Site you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Site.

This Policy applies to personal data collected via the Site and any related services we operate. It does not apply to third-party websites linked from the Site; review the privacy policies of those third parties before providing personal information.

We aim to respond to valid requests promptly and in any event within 30 days where required by applicable law; complex requests may take longer and we will inform you if more time is needed.

If you are in the EEA/UK and believe our processing breaches applicable data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we collected personal data from a child, contact us at contact@pressvia.com and we will take steps to delete the information.

13. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If we become aware of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will take steps required by applicable law, which may include notifying affected individuals and relevant authorities.

Material changes will be posted on the Site with an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, we will provide more prominent notice (for example, by email for active subscribers). Continued use of the Site after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Policy.
